Excellent public transport. Streatham Hill station is about 8 minutes walk with trains to London Bridge and Victoria. Brixton and Clapham Common tubes are 10 minutes on the bus and there are at least 15 different bus routes including night buses.

Rent is £685 per month excluding bills which average around £100 a month. Minimum 6-month agreement. References required, 2 usually - employer and previous landlord. 1 month rent in advance and 5 week deposit. Ideal for a non smoking professional.
